The DLW-50 turbine vortex rod-type spraying gun adopts a turbine vortex rod-type transmission that uses water flow to drive the impeller in different positions, enabling both forward and reverse rotation. This achieves a continuous spraying method that allows for normal, uninterrupted spraying in both directions.
The spraying gun features a long injection distance and can rotate at a consistent speed in either a full-circle or partial-circle pattern. The rotation angle of the spray gun is fully automatic and smooth, adjustable from 0° to 360° during operation without manual intervention.
The spray gun comes with nozzles of various specifications and includes an adjustable water breaker that helps produce finer and more uniform water droplets.
Additionally, the DLW-50 turbine turbo-rod jet gun can achieve excellent spray atomization even under low water pressure, significantly reducing energy costs. These products are primarily used in agricultural irrigation, industrial and agricultural drainage, pasture irrigation, landscaping, integration with large and medium-sized crane-type sprinklers and tail guns of large pivot sprinklers, large-area irrigation projects, field dust suppression, stadiums, and pastures. The system meets the demands for pressure resistance, sealing performance, and uniform, stable, and reliable spraying without causing water, soil, or fertilizer loss. It supports crop growth and facilitates automation, mechanization, and industrialization in agricultural production.
