Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for completed work.
2. Service Cancellation
If a client cancels a project before work begins, a partial refund (excluding administrative or setup costs) may be issued at our discretion.
3. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue via revisions (within scope) or service credit, depending on the circumstances.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to challenge any disputed charges.
6. Exceptions
Refund exceptions may be granted in rare cases such as:
• Duplicate payments
• Services not rendered at all (due to fault on our side)
